Corn and Black Bean Salsa

This black bean and corn salsa is such a crowd pleaser. It has so much flavor, and I’ve just eaten it as a side sometimes with no chips. It’s absolutely delicious and filled with healthy ingredients, plus it’s incredibly easy to make (If you know how to use a knife, you’re all set). Enjoy!

Total time: 10 minutes
Yields: 5-6 servings

Ingredients:

15 oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup of corn
1 medium avocado (diced)
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 tomato (diced)
1/2 large red bell pepper (diced)
1 small jalapeño (seeded and diced)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients and enjoy as a salad or with chips!
