Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
These healthy breakfast cookies are such a great thing to have on hand when you’re in a rush. Grab them when you’re on the go and know you’re getting a healthy and filling breakfast or snack.

Yields: about 12 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup nut butter of choice
1/2 tbsp honey (or agave to make them vegan)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) Mix all ingredients and place in about 1” balls on baking sheet.
3) Bake for 15 minutes.
