Bento Box Salmon Wrap

This easy, healthy, and delicious bento box lunch will make all your coworkers jealous. It is packed with protein and fiber to keep you full, and it’s packed with flavor.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Total time: 15-20 minutes
Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:

3 oz salmon
Whole wheat wrap
1/2 cup arugula
1/2 avocado
Lemon wedge
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:

1) In a pan on medium heat, heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.

2) Place the salmon on the pan and pan fry until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

3) Throw the salmon, wrap, arugula, avocado, and lemon into a bento box to keep the ingredients fresh, and put together when you’re ready to eat!
