Strawberry, Basil, & Balsamic Sorbet

This sorbet is one of my favorites. It’s easy to make and the flavors combine to make the most delicious dessert. It’s healthy, loaded with fruit, and the perfect summer treat.

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)
1 1/2 tbsp honey or agave
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

Put ingredients in food processor (use a blender if you don’t have one), mix until completely smooth. Freeze, and enjoy! I usually leave it out of the freezer a few minutes before eating to let it soften. In this photo it’s topped with a balsamic glaze
