Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
2 Tbsp diced mushroom
2 Tbsp shredded Parmesan
1 Tbsp green onion (chopped)
1 tsp minced garlic
Olive oil
Lemon juice from 1/4 lemon
Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450. Mix the Parmesan, green onion, and garlic together. Butterfly the chicken breast, and put mixture inside, closing the breast after. Drizzle chicken breast with olive oil and lemon juice. Then sprinkle with pepper. Place chicken in the oven on a baking sheet and let cook until golden brown (~20 min). And you’re done!
Pro tip: I always brine my chicken before baking it. It helps stop the chicken from drying out and it’s very noticeable
