Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks
These cheesy cauliflower breadsticks are a healthier version of everyone’s favorite side! Why not get your vegetables in while truly enjoying your meal? These are easy, fun, and absolutely delicious. Seriously, they are good!

Total time: 35-40 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower rice
2 eggs
1 cup tex mex cheese blend or mozzarella
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup Parmesan
2 garlic gloves (minced)
1 tsp oregano
1/8 cup chopped basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425.
2) Mix all ingredients except the 1/2 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.
3) Place mixture on a baking sheet and shape into a thin crust.
4) Bake for 25 min, then place remaining cheese on top and broil until golden brown.
5) Cut into strips and enjoy!
