Healthy Taco Salad

Ingredients (portions for one salad):

For salad-
1/4 cup ground meat of your choice (I usually use chicken or turkey)
1 tsp taco seasoning
3/4 cup Romaine lettuce
3/4 cup Spinach
1/8 cup Black beans
1/8 cup Corn (I typically use the Mexican Roasted frozen corn that is in the frozen section in Trader Joe’s)
Tomato
Avocado
Green onion
Cilantro
For dressing-
1:1 ratio of plain Greek yogurt and salsa of your choice

Directions:

Cook the ground meet with taco seasoning. Mix the spinach and romaine together. Add all ingredients (you can change up the portions of ingredients). Mix the dressing ingredients. Add all ingredients to bowl, the mix in the dressing.
