Greek Salad

Ingredients (portions are up to you)/Directions:
Salad Ingredients (toss together):
Arugula
Garbanzo beans
Bell pepper (thinly sliced)
Avocado
Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Kalamata olives
Red onion (thinly sliced)
Feta cheese (leave this out to make it vegan)
Dressing Ingredients (Mix and toss with salad):
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
