Cucumber Sesame Salad
Total time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
2 cups cucumber
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp honey
1 tbs sesame seeds
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
Just slice up the cucumber (thick), seed, and cut in half. Mix all ingredients except for the cucumber to make a dressing, and then mix in with the cucumber. And you’re done!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumber
