Slow Cooker Beef Gyro Bowl

Cook time: 7-9 hours
Servings: 3-4

Ingredients:

1 lb beef chuck roast
1/2 yellow onion (thinly sliced)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 cup beef stock
Salt and pepper
Red onion
Tzaziki
Hummus
Tomato
Cucumber

Ingredients:

Season beef on both sides with oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Place yellow onion in slow cooker with beef on top. Pour beef stock until it almost covers the beef. Leave in slow cooker for 7-9 hours. Then shreds beef, and put together bowl with toppings! If you want to add cous cous or rice on the bottom it’s also delicious!
