This mango banana smoothie is a great base for a smoothie bowl or to have on it’s own! Choose whatever toppings you like for the smoothie bowl, I love topping it with granola, fresh fruit, and chia seeds. This is a great meal during summer, no need to turn on the oven and super refreshing!

What do I need to make this recipe?

  • Frozen mango

  • Banana

  • Orange juice (or pineapple juice if you prefer)

  • Whatever toppings you want!

What toppings should I add?

If you want to make a smoothie bowl out of this, add whatever toppings you want! I like to add fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, banana, etc), granola, chia seeds, and/or honey. It’s usually just whatever I have in the house that sounds good!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Optional toppings: granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, honey.

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with whatever toppings you choose and enjoy!
